The Caltrans (California Department of Transportation) agency is partnering with the California Coastal Commission to cleanup the State of California. The partnership agencies have many cleanup activities happening statewide during this month of September 2023. It's the second year thereby partnering state agencies have been advocating for cleaner coastline, and with cleaner water without pollution statewide.
