The SFO Celebrates program will have a series of cultural events at the airport to welcome passengers, and starting this month of April 2022 during the Cherry Blossom Festival activities. The program will bring San Francisco neighborhoods and cultural events directly to airport passengers, and experience live performances with arts and music.

The OAK (Oakland International Airport) commercial airport in East Bay is increasing passengers traffic by 79% in the Bay Area. The OAK Airport marks therein highest returning passengers during the pre-pandemic levels in February 2022, and 77% passengers traffic during November 2021 at pre-pandemic levels. The transit agency is adjusting thereby weekdays routing schedules effective Monday, April 18, 2022 for 17 and 17X service lines.

The SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) transit services in West Bay announced the return of Bike and Roll to school. The SFMTA partners with San Francisco Safe Routes to School for thereby annual Bike and Roll to School Week (BR2SW) event on Monday, April 18, 2022 to Friday, April 22, 2022. The in-person partnership annual event will celebrate all school students using healthy means of development, and using healthy transportation alternatives in life.

The Alameda CTC (County Transportation Commission) services agency Interstate 80/Gilman Street improvement project in East Bay is progressively moving forward. The Alameda CTC is partnering with Caltrans as well as cities of Berkeley and Albany to make therein project happen accordingly with construction plans.
