PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION HOLIDAY SCHEDULE CHANGES IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

HAPPY HOLIDAYS! The holiday season is here with Christmas and New Year celebrations along with families and friends throughout San Francisco Bay Area. The AC Transit transportation system serving Alameda and Contra Costa counties within eastern regional areas will have schedule changes during the holidays. The transit services for Monday, December 26, 2016 and Monday, January 2, 2017 will operate a Sunday schedule with free rides for passengers on New Year's eve. Other public bus transportation services will operate same schedule changes - SamTrans serving the Peninsula areas and VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) serving southern regional areas. Caltrain and BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) will also operate different modified schedules because of low ridership.

"It's great to have free New Year's eve rides for people because they don't have to drive and hurt or kill somebody on the road," said Jim Anderson, local commuter in Contra Costa County. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
