New toll tax has been proposed for the ‘crooked street’ of San Francisco

Millions of tourists cause crushing overcrowding on the streets of San Francisco and this will land a definite toll tax on the cars of Lombard Street, San Francisco. This has been reported by the city supervisor on Thursday.

Mark Farrell, the supervisor made a proposal after the reported recommendations of the transport authority that the line of vehicles waits to drive down the curvy.
According to a survey, the street includes 2 million of tourist every year and 17,000 people on each weekend. And they all prefer to visit the space by car or on foot.

Farrell’s spokesman, Jess Montejano said “There are people climbing on roofs to take selfies, they’re walking down the middle of the street. They’re standing right at the bottom trying to get a selfie looking up the street.”

San Francisco County Transportation Authority reports that an electric system will be located to track cars which will travel as per the reservations. It will facilitate people to travel Lombard Street as per their reservations.

The report said, “Driving the street without a reservation would cost motorists more”.

SF’s toll will be accessed and approved by the California state lawmakers and Gov. Jerry Brown.
