The BART passenger fares are going to rise by 2.7% in the beginning of 2018 for inflation-tracking policy systems. That means another potential bond measure for upcoming elections and people have to become aware of what is happening with their taxpayer money - government always ask people for help. Some people are saying, "maybe it's time for the government to change their way of unnecessarily spend our taxpayer monies.
