Delay in the construction will impact the whole Central Subway project of San Francisco for the opening of the new arena of the warriors. The arena is planned to open in the 2019-2020 NBA season. Third Street is confused because of the current traffic rate.
Until the starting of Central Subway, a lot of comments are coming from the different people. Some are saying it will control the traffic rate where some are saying it will make it worse. According to Paul Rose, Spokesperson of SF Municipal Transportation Agency that the construction is moving slowly than the actual planning. The Subway build a link from BART to the city’s downtown and the new arena.
Delay in this project is not a good news for warriors. Rose said, “At this point in time, if one part of the project is not functional, the entire project will be delayed.”
On this PJ Johnston spokesperson of warriors said, “It’s definitely important. One of the big things here and all over the Bay Area, traffic is an issue. There are a lot of people and a lot of vehicles and only so many bridges and so many subways and ways to move people around.”
Not only the Warriors’ arena will affect, this project will impact so many other firms. To avoid the future issues, Johnston said, we are working hard to complete this project on time.
