The Caltrain newly electrified trains project is moving forward progressively in San Francisco Bay Area with modified train designs. The Caltrain administration has been gathering public input regarding the new electric trains design and how it should look with various options. The Caltrain staffing is also seeking public input on how the bicycles should be stored within new electric trains and making it comfortable for passengers. The transit agency has been conducting various outreach approaches for public input regarding therein new electric trains in the Bay Area.
