The Marin Transit services agency in North Bay will start collecting passenger fares for seniors on Friday, April 1, 2022 in the Bay Area. The transit agency free fare program for seniors and/or ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) passengers will end this month of March 2022, and they can be eligible through therein LIFA (Low-Income Fare Assistance) program. The seniors and/or ADA passengers can contact the Marin Transit agency office for assistance, and receive a free pass if eligible for free local transit services in North Bay. The transit agency has other discount programs such as the Clipper START program, and they may get 50% discount when they are eligible. The Clipper Cards are available for seniors, youth, and ADA passengers with discounted fare rates when eligible.
