MARIN TRANSIT SERVICES EXTENSION IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The Marin Transit services in North Bay is extending their Summer Rider's Guide schedules until Saturday, January 13, 2024 in the Bay Area. The transit agency schedules will help passengers with traveling engagements without many confusion with scheduling trips in North Bay. The Marin Transit agency was able to secure $31.5 million from FTA (Federal Transit Administration) to build thereby new electric transit facility. The transit agency will have new ways to transform their fleet buses to become electric and restructuring their infrastructure for improvement. It's the largest single federal grant award Marin Transit has received since 1964, and will help sustain therein Summer Rider's Guide schedules.
