SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA - MTC AGREEMENT WITH UCSF

The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) services agency in San Francisco Bay Area has finalized their transit services partnership agreement. The MTC agency is partnering with UCSF (University of California San Francisco) to offer 6,000 employees of UCSF with free traveling passes. The MTC/UCSF partnership will offer therein free traveling passes using thereby Clipper BayPass program cards, and employees can use it traveling with other twenty-four Bay Area transit agencies. The UCSF educational institution is a first employer to partner with therein transit services, and any employer can purchase Clipper BayPass cards for employees with discounts. The UCSF employees will use it for one year period during therein pilot Phase II status, and transforming traveling elements within the Bay Area. The identified partnership will make it easier for UCSF employees - visit www.mtc.ca.gov for more information and/or program updates.
