GGBHTD PARKING CLOSURES WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The GGBHTD (Golden Gate Bridge Highway & Transportation District) services agency in North Bay is closing parking lots at the iconic Golden Gate Bridge on weekends and holidays. The GGBHTD agency effort is to reduce traffic congestion on thereby iconic bridge in the Bay Area, and parking lots will be closed between 11 AM and 5 PM. The public personal vehicles will not be allowed to park at therein Welcome Center southeast parking lot, and no parking at Vista Point northeast parking lot. The GGBHTD services agency will work closely with Caltrans, CHP (California Highway Patrol), and National Park Services agency to make it happen. The partnership collaborative agencies effort is to have an awesome experience for visitors at thereby iconic bridge, and with no traffic congestions during weekdays.
