SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA CALTRAIN IMPROVEMENT PLAN

The board approved a budget for Caltrain this week with $1 million allocated for train cars improvement, and approved budget also includes purchase of new and improved train cars. Part of the improvement plan includes changing diesel fuel train cars to electrified train cars, and helping save our natural environment with responsible and reliable transportation for people.
