WETA SHOWING 98% SATISFACTION IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The WETA (Water Emergency Transportation Authority) services agency in West Bay shows 98% of passengers are satisfied with ferry transit services in the Bay Area! The WETA released therein survey findings from passengers taking ferry vessels across the Bay Area, and with 98% of customer satisfaction with ferry services. Including 76% of passengers showing very satisfied, 77% showing stress reduction to ride ferry services, and 65% showing ferry service is better to avoid vehicular traffic. The ferry transit services agency believes to have thereby highest rates nationwide of any transit operating agency. The WETA ferry services survey was completed by therein random number of passengers from various routes in the Bay Area.
