The BART customer services mentioned they didn't receive replacement paperwork and the couple have to go online and complete the full procedural process again. Unfortunately, the clipper card replacement process was getting stressful for the couple and they contacted ABC KGO Channel-7 for assistance, and the couple was able to get their clipper card back immediately without a stressful process.
