The state legislators will be considering a regulated legislation to avoid future BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) strikes so people don't suffer from lack of transportation within San Francisco Bay Area. The legislative bill introduced by Assemblywoman Catharine Baker is to prevent anymore strikes by BART union members. It will provide both BART and union members with workable legal clauses, to help both sides come to a labor agreement without strikes. The legislation approach is to have both arbitration parties honor a contract the same way even if it's expired and/or during negotiation period. Because the last BART union strike in 2013 impacted the economy and most important is transportation access for people, families and children, especially working class people traveling within the bay area.
"This approach is different and helping passengers, BART workers, and public people depending on mass transit transportation," said Assemblywoman Catharine Baker (R-San Ramon). #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
