The San Francisco MTA (Municipal Transportation Agency) has been criticized for lack of muni buses on timely scheduling for passengers. The SFMTA muni bus system will start its new "Muni Forward" upgrading system on April 25, 2015 with new service line displaying features as well as renaming other bus lines. This upgrading effort is to make it more responsive for passengers and avoiding crowded buses within the city muni bus line system. The muni routing map will be completely redesigned including rapid bus line networking system display in various colors. Making it easier for passengers to identify what bus lines within the time scheduling availability especially rapid bus lines schedules. There will be no changes to the muni light-rail system at this time and for more information please visit www.sfmta.com for new muni transit routing map and scheduling.
