The southbound Caltrain 366 was stopped at the Hillsdale station to let two passengers off due to some negative argument activities on the train around 5:05 PM. The argument led to a woman pepper spraying the man and creating a hostile environment and Caltrain conductors with police have to take appropriate actions. Some Caltrain commuters said, "although there are some improvements, unfortunately some people will try to disobey laws with unruly behaviors in public." Because we see people smoking and selling marijuana and cigarettes on BART, Caltrain, SamTrans, AC Transit, including VTA in Santa Clara County - it's about safety and healthy well being for passengers. All public transportation needs "strong enforcement to prevent negative behaviors and activities" because people will not ride them because it's not safe and healthy for families and children, said some local commuters.
