Everyone matters, and when reporting a problem on the trains for safety issues, identifying human beings by race is relevant to resolving problems for passenger's safety and awareness. Including healthy issues of concerns on trains with homeless people, as well as pets, animals, etc. are onboard trains because the mobile app is about protecting ALL passengers.
