If working class people taking public transit to work this morning will find problems because of Caltrain and BART emergency situations. The morning Caltrain 305 going to San Francisco struck a pedestrian around 6:31 AM in Burlingame and delayed northbound trains. The trains were delayed approximately 1 to 1.5 hours and no train passengers with injuries were reported. SamTrans transit buses were called to transport train passengers during the collision situation, and officials are investigating the collision and what happened. BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) trains going across the bay to San Francisco did not stop at Embarcadero station because of an emergency. BART Police responded to the emergency situation because of a person was reported to be underneath the BART train around 10:33 AM. BART trains were delayed and no BART trains going to East Bay stations until further notice.
