FAMILIES DISPLACED BECAUSE OF SUBWAY CONSTRUCTION IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

Transportation in the future will be different in San Francisco because of a subway transit system under construction. Some local residents are displaced because of the construction project for the future of subway trains going into Chinatown. Approximately 14 household families are displaced and fortunately the city is helping with housing for all displaced families. The SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) Board of Directors approved the rental subsidy for displaced families from $28,188 to $39,744. Part of the agreement with the city is to invest $8 million for low-income housing development, and available for housing displaced families with rental subsidy.

"The board members have to make something workable for displaced families regarding transportation projects in the city," said Margo Hernandez, local commuter in Alameda County. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
