The people will have a chance to ride in new BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) trains during the opening for extension lines in Contra Costa County, California. The new BART trains arrived yesterday with a celebration on hand with BART administrators and elected officials. The extension train project is under construction and possibly open for operation ahead of scheduling. The BART extension project costs $525 million and expects to have 5,600 passengers onboard during the opening year.
