ROAD CONSTRUCTION BLOCKED BY FEDERAL RULING IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The intention to widen Highway-1 in Pacifica, San Francisco Bay Area has been blocked by a federal judge ruling to save environmental species. The state Department of Transportation (Caltrans) provided federal agencies with incorrect information regarding the highway development project and protecting environmental species during roadway constructions. The federal judge ordered state transportation officials and agency to have a new consultation process with federal Fish and Wildlife officials. Identifying how the highway project will impact and protect habitat of environmental species affected by roadway constructions. Although, the impacted environmental species within the construction parcel are already protected by Pacifica and California Coastal Commission in 1996 agreement.

"Caltrans failed to share with federal Fish and Wildlife Services about the impact of environmental species accordingly," said Vince Chhabria, U.S. District Judge. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
