The Tri Delta Transit services agency in East Bay is having their annual community Shred-It Event on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 in the Bay Area. The Tri Delta Transit agency community event is free and starting at 9 AM until the trucks are full, and partnering with the City of Oakley, City of Antioch, Mt. Diablo Resource and Recovery, as well as Republic Services to make it happen. The transit agency partnership event will happen at thereby Oakley Park & Ride, 4300 Main Street, Oakley, CA 94561. The people bringing their materials to shred have to remove binders, hard folders, binder clips, and ring plastic bindings. The community shredding event staff will check all items for preparation, and people have to be removed from the line if items are not prepared for shredding.
