The AC Transit Board of Directors have approved some improvement changes for transportation, within the region for next year as part of SEP Plan ACT approach. The transportation SEP (Service Expansion Plan) has received strong support from local communities and provided officials with necessary information. The improvement transportation information will include service line changes, schedules, and renumbering other appropriate service line buses. Some proposal changes will be effective December 20, 2015 and AC Transit will communicate with people for awareness. Part of SEP transportation planning is to be consistent with CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) elements protecting our natural environment. Some local cities are awaiting final approval for appropriate AC Transit improvement changes, depending on the CEQA review for regional transportation services.
