The Alameda CTC (County Transportation Commission) services agency in East Bay honored therein winner for 2022 Golden Sneaker Award. The Alameda CTC agency congratulated EnCompass Academy in thereby City of Oakland for their honorary performance and presented them with their Platinum Sneaker Award. The Alameda CTC agency's annual Golden Sneaker Award Program is part of therein SR2S (Safe Routes To School) Program for school students in Alameda County. The effort is to encourage school students countywide to seek other means of transportation to school, and saving our local environment by reducing their carbon footprints. The 2022 Golden Sneaker Award winning classroom students have the highest rate of active and team efforts with their traveling experience.
