A lawsuit was filed yesterday by Disability Rights Advocates legal group along with disabled people regarding filth and accessibility. The disability legal group is suing BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) in San Francisco because of filthy and unhealthy station environment allegations. The legal advocates and disabled people alleges elevators and escalators are routinely out of services at BART stations, and regularly with human/animal feces or urine. It creates hardship and makes it not accessible for disabled people at BART stations, and violating federal and state disability laws. The BART Administration officials released a statement indicating therein issues touches directly into their heart of BART's mission of public transit services. Including mobility accessible services for disabled people and all passengers across the Bay Area.
"The big problem is BART staffing are allowing some people to behave that way, and we need enforcement especially these days with people misusing the word Freedom in America. That's why I drive my car most times because of the filthy smell and unhealthy at BART stations and inside trains," said Ken Harrison, local commuter in Marin County. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
