The VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) and BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) partnership is upgrading the Milpitas Transit Center in South Bay. The Montague Expressway in Milpitas near the Great Mall will be closed Friday, July 10, 2020 to Monday, July 13, 2020 at certain hours.
