Some public transportation agencies in San Francisco Bay Area provides contracting services within other private agencies. The Santa Clara County VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) services agreement with contractor Outreach and Escort Inc. in San Jose, California is questionable. The FBI (Federal Bureau Investigations) raided the agency database yesterday during the investigation. The VTA administration operated it's emergency plan paratransit services for disabled individuals within the regional service areas. The contracting agency has been providing paratransit services since 1993 and serve approximately 2500 trips per day.
