Transporting passengers within San Francisco Bay Area using ferry services is addressing ways to make ferries emission-free and saving our natural environment. San Francisco Port officials have identified Pier-54 as potentially a good location for the hydrogen cell fueling site for ferry boats. The port ferry hydrogen project will cost up to $5 million and contracting bids are open and due on Friday, August 19, 2016 for final decisions. The California of Energy Commission (CEC) will assist with the project funding and San Francisco Port officials are very supportive. The effort is to have a zero-emission environment, and making it healthy for our families and children in San Francisco Bay Area.
"I'm really happy to have something like this really happening, and have more ways to optimize ferry fueling with hydrogen cell using technology," said Joseph Pratt, SF Breeze Project Manager. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
