FUTURE OF BICYCLE HELMETS IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

Safety for all means of transportation should be number one for traveling passengers, drivers, and operators including bicyclists in San Francisco Bay Area and nationwide. Unfortunately, some industrial merchants and/or affiliated businesses with transportation don't perceive safety as number one for passengers. Some industrial innovators are looking at possible ways of having bicycle paper helmets. Bicyclists throughout San Francisco Bay Area is showing increasing participants, and sometimes people may not have helmets for their safety. Bike sharing programs are growing in the Bay Area but most programmatic systems don't provide helmets for bicyclists. A freelance Industrial Designer, Isis Shiffer, is working on the eco-helmet prototypes and will be submitted to USCPSC (U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission) for federal approval and certification for usage appropriately.
