GGBHTD INCREASES TRANSIT FEES IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The GGBHTD (Golden Gate Bridge Highway & Transportation District) transit services agency in North Bay is increasing passenger fees effective Monday, July 1, 2024. The GGBHTD agency is increasing therein passenger fees for people using transit bus services and/or ferry transit services in the Bay Area. The transit service discounts for various programs will remain the same without changes, and that means passengers using Clipper Cards, Clipper START Cards, and Mobile App Clipper Cards discount will apply. The adult traveling passengers using transit buses, and making cash payments must have thereby exact amount fees, and tell the driver their destination location without paying more. The adult passengers using Clipper Cards and/r Mobile App will get 20% discounts, and 10% within Marin County and without additional discounts when traveling between San Francisco and East Bay locations - visit www.goldengate.org for more information and/or schedules update.
