The Intel Corporation is purchasing Mobileye software sensors for driverless autonomous cars in San Francisco Bay Area. The acquisition cost is $15.3 billion for Intel to excel within the autonomous self-driving cars competition. The company boards have to approve the final deal transaction and Intel Corporation will pay $63.54 for each share. The automakers have been testing self-driving cars in California, Michigan, and other states in America and needing higher levels of connection with driving sensors. The combination of Mobileye's software that process camera information along with Intel's hardware data centers will give automakers a one-stop operational place. The two companies will combine highly detailed mapping efforts with the ability for autonomous self-driving cars to operate safely when necessary.
"The deal acquisition is essential to merge the intelligent eyes of the autonomous car with the intelligent brain driving the car," said Brian Krzanich, Intel CEO (Chief Executive Officer). #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
