LEGAL ACTION FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The San Francisco transportation officials are considering legal actions to secure data information from the state to help with local traffic congestion. The Examiner reported previously about Uber and other ride-sharing companies have 45,000 active drivers in San Francisco. The San Francisco Transportation Authority board members are requesting the City Attorney to look into this matter on securing Uber ride-sharing informational data. The San Francisco transportation officials are hoping to secure therein data from the state CPUC (California Public Utilities Commission), to help with a feasible plan to resolve local traffic congestion problems. The SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) filed therein requesting information previously and was denied.

"The problem is CPUC having the data information that may help alleviate traffic congestion, and we have to explore legal action against the state," said Ahsha Safai, District-11 Supervisor, San Francisco Board of Supervisors. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
