Largest Cab Corporation in San Francisco is ready to sell

A financial bankruptcy has emerged in the corner of Yellow Cab Cooperative as the company is all set to be sold. The growing popularity of the online cab services namely Uber and Lyft has affected the services of Yellow cab services in the streets of San Francisco.

The famous taxi operator of San Francisco City Wide has registered to sell its 500 plus cabs. Former DeSoto and today’s Flywheel also plan to follow the yellow cab suit.
A question has covered the streets of San Francisco which asks whether it is a beginning of new cab rides in the city or a dying face of yellow cabs. Some are calling it a bad news and some are taking it lightly.

A board member of the San Francisco Taxi Worker Alliance and a driver from Green Cab, Mark Gruberg considers it as bad news and said, "I think it's a very dire warning to everybody else," he said. "The loss of Yellow does not bode well for the rest of the industry."

Another yellow cab driver, Ashwani Aeri, gave a neutral statement about the new suit of cabs. He said, "If somebody is going to spend millions of dollars to buy Yellow Cab and not care for the business that would be bad for them”.
