The Marin County leaders and local activists are gearing up for Plan Bay Area 2040 community reviews and comments next month. The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) and ABAG (Association of Bay Area Governments) recently released the draft of therein future planning approach in the Bay Area. The MTC and ABAG agencies are inviting local people to review the plan draft and share comments for improvements. Some county leaders and activists feel the draft will not be used to assign new requirements for zoning accommodations on population growth. The local jurisdictions approving developments should comply with state laws regarding housing and transportation to save our environment. The plan may work for main cities and transportation, and may not work for Bay Area urban areas and disadvantaged communities - visit www.mtc.ca.gov or www.2040.planbayarea.org for open house schedules.
"The plan is hugely consequential and something that benefits the wealthy, developers, and the unions and putting middle class farther behind," said Susan Kirsch, Co-Founder, Citizen Marin Group. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
