A traffic collision on bay bridge westbound highway interstate 80 around 6:45 AM involving a taxi, and two other sedan vehicles injuring the taxi driver and congesting traffic within the Yerba Buena tunnel. An accident on highway 101 before interstate 280 congesting traffic within the peninsula involving a big rig around 7:30 AM, and all bay area transit service agencies are running regular schedules on Columbus Day holiday. BART was delayed approximately 20 minutes on train lines running to San Francisco from Dublin, Pleasanton, Richmond, and Fremont due to a fire near Bay Fair BART station tracks.
