The traffic congestion in Bayview District this morning was created by a man hit by the muni railway train on Third Street around 5 AM, and injured man was transported to San Francisco General Hospital for his facial and head injuries. The traffic delayed for more than two hours and one passenger was on the railway train during the incident, and traffic was cleared around 7:30 AM for normal flow of traffic within the area. "The one passenger traveling aboard the train at the time was not injured," said Paul Rose, SFMTA Spokesperson.
