NEW DEVELOPMENT TRAFFIC PLANS IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The developers in San Francisco will have to face new rules for project developments in The City as changes are ratified by the Land Use and Transportation Committee. The committee will present the new changes to the Board of Supervisors for approval next week, and hopefully with new amendments will generate new ways to minimize traffic congestion. The new rules will have developers consider the number of parking spaces for cars to have control of traffic in San Francisco. The Planning Department will enforce the new development changes to help control traffic in The City and developers will pay $6000 initial fees and $1000 annual fees.

"This is really rethinking how new developments can impact transportation and vast majority of stakeholders are in agreement" said John Rahaim, San Francisco Planning Director. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
