Phillips 66 is proposing transporting oil to a San Luis Obispo station with a possible contract for 500 trips a year, and San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors have to approve it before it happens. If everything goes well as proposed by Phillips 66 as planned, oil trains may be coming through local cities in San Francisco Bay Area. Transporting oil trains will possibly use Amtrak's corridor train tracking lines endangering our local environment including families and children. Report findings indicate oil spills have happened in the past during transporting activities, and not protecting our natural environment as well as unsafe for our families and children. Many local San Francisco Bay Area residents, businesses, schools, churches, as well as government councils and leadership agencies are encouraging people to contact San Luis Obispo Board of Supervisors and reject Phillips 66 proposal.
"It's great to reject the proposal because my family wants to be safe and we will send letters to San Luis Obispo government agency," said Ron Anderson, local commuter in San Leandro. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
