The planning process is developing for San Francisco Bay Area transportation and housing in 2040 within regional areas and public hearings are scheduled for April 29, 2015. The ABAG (Association of Bay Area Governments) and MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) are planning public hearings for people to participate and review the process for Plan Bay Area 2040. Contra Costa County meeting will be at Walnut Creek Marriott, 2355 North Main Street, Walnut Creek, and Alameda County meeting will be at Alameda County Fairgrounds/Palm Pavilion, 4501 Pleasanton Avenue, Pleasanton - both meetings are from 7 PM to 9 PM.
