PARKING INCREASE FOR RESIDENTS IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The City of San Francisco administrators surveyed a pending increase for residential parking in San Francisco. The San Francisco MTA (Municipal Transportation Agency) surveyed 2,300 plus local residents including community public meetings for parking permits. The 41 questionnaire survey results are in place from 39% of respondents can find local parking in 5 or less minutes when they get home. About 44% local residents shared they pay $100 - $250 for street parking per month if they pay through rent or mortgage. About 16.9% local residents responded definitely yes, and 29.9% responded definitely no for parking increase.
