The City of San Jose and Sharks hockey team parent agency have reached a proposed lawsuit settlement on environmental issues of concern. The Sharks Sports and Entertainment filed a lawsuit challenging the City of San Jose because of a development project within the Diridon regional area. The development project impacts public parking for people when attending Sharks home hockey games and/or other events at SAP Center in San Jose. Approximately 800 public parking spaces will be taken away from people and Sharks hockey fans in San Francisco Bay Area. Sharks hockey team will drop the lawsuit and development project company will give the City of San Jose $4 million, to purchase other properties as part of the settlement. The Sharks hockey team effort is to save public parking for their fans and making it easier to attend local seasonal home games.
"Sharks home games are great and energetic for fans with many great players and hopefully they will make the playoff again," said Rick Martinez, local Sharks fan and commuter in Santa Clara County. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
