SAMTRANS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The SamTrans (San Mateo County Transit District) services agency in West Bay is moving forward with their improvement project to help traveling passengers. The SamTrans Board of Directors approved thereby BSIP (Bus Stop Improvement Plan) project package to move forward with their service priority. The transit agency improvement project was initiated by outreaching activities in local communities, and securing feedback from passengers and community residents. Including therein presentations for transporting services countywide, and within service jurisdictions for improvement. The SamTrans BSIP project plans to use guidelines generated by feedback from community residents, passengers, and business communities.
