The two airlines transaction purchasing deal is worth approximately $4 billion including debt and operational leasing costs. The deal is expected to add more earnings per share in one year and boosting revenues 27%, and approximately $300 -$350 million integration costing amounts. Alaska Airlines will expand it's networking departing flights to 1200 per day, and serves 90 airline carrier destinations in America, Canada, and Mexico. The new airline deal will give Alaska Airlines a more bigger presence in San Francisco International Airport and Los Angeles International Airport, California. The combined business will be housed in Seattle with about 280 aircraft and regional planes, and Alaska Airlines have been a loyal customer of Boeing for many years.
