The Alaska Airlines have ratified a program for frequent-flyers allowing them for status extension thereafter a child birth. The program is called "Elite Leave" for the Alaska Mileage Program frequent-flyers to extend their status for an additional year when they are on parental leave. The Alaska Airlines new Elite Leave program is taking another step to best serve customers and embracing innovation. Parents have to provide the airline with proof of the pregnancy with a note from the doctor and/or an employer to qualify for the Elite Leave program. The new Elite Leave program provides more business sense for Alaska Airlines, given how much active frequent-flyers give for airlines achievement and other perks that comes with it.
