The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) services agency in San Francisco Bay Area is continually increasing their ridership setting a new post-pandemic record in the Bay Area! The BART monitoring data shows 224,721 traveling passengers onboard trains since March 2020, and feeling safe about traveling on thereby trains to their destination. The local operational systematic data identifies more than 200,000 passengers used BART trains consistently for three days during September 2024. The BART data shows more passengers were on trains since Labor Day and increasing with therein Dreamforce conference, sports and entertainment events, and local community events. The BART Police Department continues to increase staff on trains and local stations, and continues to ensure passengers are feeling safe when traveling on BART trains.
