SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA - CALTRANS STATE FUNDING AWARDS

The Caltrans (California Department of Transportation) services agency in San Francisco Bay Area and statewide has approved $51.4 million for Sustainable Transportation Projects. The identified Caltrans transportation funds allocation is for 89 local statewide projects, and making therein transportation system more resilient for drivers. To combat impacts of thereby climate changes within the Bay Area, and projects helping local communities overcome negative forecasting weather changes statewide. The Caltrans funding allocation for thereby 89 local projects can help improve therein highway traveling system, and making it easier and/or safer for drivers on statewide highways. The identified local statewide funding projects will help reduce environmental pollution, and preparation for natural disasters on local highways and/or roadways.
