SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA IS IN DANGER DUE TO QUESTIONABLE TRANSPORTING OIL SAFELY

The State of California released a new safety report regarding oil production and transportation, and much of fuel commodities and toxic materials are coming to San Francisco Bay Area refineries.
