The Ford Motors company shared their interest in testing autonomous vehicles in 2017 with hopes of having their fleet fully autonomous by 2021. The Detroit based automaker introduced its Ford Fusion Hybrid as the next-generation autonomous car under development, and will triple the size of its testing fleet next year. The vehicle's electrical control system and sensor technology adjustments are almost ready for production, and have cameras on the roof for a visionary view. Some cameras will be mounted under the car windshield and the radar sensor will detect items during bad weather conditions. The vehicles will have improved software and systematic computing power that can generate one terabyte of data in an hour.
