The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) transportation system in San Francisco Bay Area is being sued by a mother for her son's attacking situation at a BART location. The mother of a 12 year old boy, who wants to be unidentified at this time, said her son was robbed at gunpoint thereafter walking off the train. The mother received a call from her son and she immediately called BART for assistance and investigation. The BART assigned an investigator for the case situation, and shared her son helped with a sketch of the attacker. Her son is seeking psychological and emotional support because of the BART incident including dependency on functional medications - something her son never experience before he was robbed. She considers gaps at the BART station security system for safety, to blame for her son's robbing situation and contacted an attorney to file a lawsuit.
"We don't send every suspect sketch to the media unless you feel that may play a role in helping, and will have all working cameras in trains sometime in July 2017," said Alicia Trost, BART Spokesperson. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
